The spray polyurea material technology is a new type of green construction technology designed solvent-free and without pollution to meet the environmentally-friendly requirement, after the low-pollution spray and painting technologies such as High- Solid Coatings,、water-borne coating, radiation curable coating and powder coating etc.. The SPUA is a new versatile coating technology and has comprehensively broken through the limitation of traditional environment protection coating technology, esteemed as a great discovery in the fields of coating and coating technologies of late 1990s.
The main characteristics are as follows:
1、Fast solidification, no flowing handing for spraying and painting on facade, forming gel within 5 seconds;
2、Structure of 100% solid content, without any volatile organic substance and conforming to the environment-friendly requirement;
3、with good thermo-stability, it could be long term used in the -50℃-150 ℃ environment, capable of bearing the temperature impact of 230℃;
4、Fine, continuous, smooth, seamless coating, it has good water-proof and corrosion-resistant performance; with high strength, good protraction rate and adjustable hardness;
5、Excellent adhesive capabilities to various foundation materials such as steel, aluminium, concrete, wood material and foams;
