ZJWTEC’s Water Treatment Equipment include the following series: reverse osmosis equipment, natrium filter device, hyper filter setting, mechanical filter, disk-type filter, natrium ion exchanger, atmospheric press bed CCR anion/cation exchanger, carbon dioxide remover, intermediate water tank, acid/base metering box, acid/base storage tank, mixed bed, single chamber float bed, double chamber float bed, double-chamber fixed bed, double-strata bed, acid / base ejectors and etc..
Now the ZJWTEC have production lines for equipment manufacturing, mechanical processing, anti-corrosive lining, rubber lining sulphidation and plastic lining pipe, providing complete set of equipment and strong manufacturing capabilities. ZJWTEC offers the mechanical filters and various types of ion exchanger with the maximum diameter of 3800mm; and for the rubber/plastic lining pipes with the maximum diameter of 800mm.
ZJWTEC’s whole-set water treatment equipment for power plant have been sold across China and also exported to abroad such as Tawazi of Iran and Central Java of Indonesia. Before 1997, it used to be the designated by the Ministry of Electrical Power as the manufacturer of water treatment equipment for power plant use. As the general contractor for the Thermo-electric Plant of Mingshui Chemical Company Ltd., Shandong Dongjia Group, Dezhou Gushen Thermo-electrical plant, Linyi Shengzhuang Power Plant and Dezhou Yucheng Power Plant, ZJWTEC has enabled the customers to achieve better effect than the design standards both regarding the operational performance and economic benefit of the products. ZJWTEC’s patented equipment of “furnace smoke through absorption tower” has already played an excellent role in the Huangtai Power Plant and Shiliquan Power Plant.
Desalination equipment manufactured by ZJWTEC have been widely used for desalinating raw water and brackish water, producing pure water and high purity water, and for desalinating the feed water to boilers and power equipment, becoming an indispensable water treatment equipment for electronic, pharmaceutical industries, chemical industry, thermo-electric plant and textile and etc..
